研究了含钒、钛元素的Fe-C合金中碳氮化物的析出相形貌、结构和化学组成的关系,指出了方形和球形析出相结构为(TixV1-x)C(N),等温温度较高时形成碳氮化钒中富集较多钛,而等温温度较低时形成碳氮化钒中含有极微量或不含钛,片状相结构为VC(N)。碳氮化物析出相有弥散析出、相间析出、纤维状析出及等温转变温度较低时,碳氮化物在铁素体晶内沿位错处弥散析出等形态。本工作出现的纤维状析出可能是细小片状碳氮化物粒子溶合而成。
The relationships of V, Ti carbonitride's morphology, structure, chemical composition are studied, it is investigated that cubic or spheric precipitation is VC(N) contained Ti at higher isothermal temperature and contained litter or never Ti at lower isothermal temperature, a plat precipitation is VC(N). It has been found that interphase precipitation, fibrous precipitation, precipitation on dislocation, precipitation from supersaturated ferrite at lower isothermal transformed temperature. Fibrous precipitation in this paper growths by dissolving of litter plate VC(N) phase
