通过重力分离SHS法制备陶瓷内衬煤粉喷枪,研究了Fe2O3粉末性能(纯度、粒度和表面状态)对合成SHS煤粉喷枪内衬陶瓷的影响。结果表明,在铝热剂中相同质量百分数条件下,工业纯Fe2O3粉末中的杂质比SiO2添加剂对燃烧过程中的稀释效应更为强烈;降低Fe2O3粒度虽使蔓延速率下降,但却使燃烧温度和SHS反应转化率提高;对工业纯Fe2O3粉末进行150℃烘干处理,燃烧温度、蔓延速率与反应转化率随烘干时间增加而增大。

On basis of using gravitational separation SHS method to produce ceramic-lined coal-dust spurting guns, influences of Fe2O3 powder properties such as purity, particle size and surface condition on synthesizing lined ceramics of SHS coal-dust spurting guns have been investigated. It was found that the dilutiion effect of impurity in Fe2O3 powder was increased compared with one of SiO2 additive under same mass fraction in thermit. Reducing Fe2O3 particle size caused propagation rate to be reduced, but caused combustion temperature and SHS reaction transformation rate to be increased. Through stoving treatment on raw Fe2O3 powder under 150℃, combustion temperature, propagation rate and reaction transformation rate were increased with increasing stoving time.
