Study on the Wear-Resistant and Anti-Skid Thermal Spraying Cored Wires

金属粉芯线材在热喷涂领域中具有调节成分范围宽、价格低、研制新材料方便等特点。本工作对研制的电弧喷涂用耐磨防滑粉芯线材喷涂层进行了结合强度、显微硬度、耐磨性、防滑性能的测试。结果表明：涂层Z16、Z17均具有良好的耐磨防滑性能，其中Z16的综合性能最佳

As a new material of the thermal spraying, the metal cored wire has the advantages of adjusting the composition easily, the low price and the convenience to develop a new material. In this paper, a series of tests were carried out on the cored wires, i.e. Z16 and Z17, which including bond strength test, microhardness test and wear resistance test etc. These two kinds of wear-resistance and anti-skid metal cored wires have been used in arc spraying. The result of these tests point out that both Z16 and Z17 have superior performance, and the Z16 has better comprehensive characteristic.
