海门湾桥闸位于广东省潮阳市出海口,是一个综合性的水利 工程。其钢筋混凝土平板闸门与花岗岩之间的摩擦系数很大,造成启闭机超载,工程存在安 全隐患,急需对闸门与操作系统进行改造。研究了钉板-塑料固体自润滑复合材料滑道TS- 70E,通过滑道模拟试验测定了TS-70E滑道对花岗岩条石的摩擦系数、时效摩擦系数以及稳 定磨损率。试验结果表明:TS-70E滑道对花岗岩的最大摩擦系数为0.165,稳定磨损率为0 .079μm/m,按滑道允许磨损1mm估算,TS-70E可使用34年。
Haimen-wan bridge lock is situated on the mouth of the sea in Caoyang city of Guangdong province. It is a hydraulic engineerin g with many uses. The friction coefficient between the plane gates made of rei nforced concrete and granite is so big as to make its headstock gear overload . The bridge lock has suffered some hidden dangers. The locks and operation sy stem must be remade urgently. In this paper, the solid self-lubricating compos ite material slideway TS-70E, made of plastics in bronze-teeth plank, is studi ed. The friction coefficient between TS-70E and granite and the rate of steady wear are measured by the stimunlated experiment. The results show that the pea k value of friction coefficient is 0.165 and the rate of steady wear is 0.079 μm/m. If the abrasion wear of TS-70E is 1mm, its service life is at least 34 years.
