双层辉光离子渗后试样随炉冷却,在渗层中形成大量的脆性 金属间化合物析出相,使试样力学性能严重下降。定性相分析结果表明:该析出物主要为μ 相。本工作从μ相的显微组织入手,针对μ相的形成机理,详细分析了影响其析出的动力学 因素:主要包括化学元素、温度以及时间对它的影响。提出了抑制μ相形成切实可行的有效 措施。

Because of the slow cooling speed in the alloying furnace, a lot of brittle intermetallic compounds appear in the alloying layers which are formed by the Double Glow Plasma Surface Alloying with Tungsten-Moly bdenum. In the result, their mechanical properties are seriously decreased. Qu altative phase analysis turns out that the brittle intermetallic compounds are m ainly composed by the μ phase. In this paper the precipitation dynamics includ ing the factors of chemical components, temperature, time et al of the μ phas e is exhaustively discussed. An effective measure is offered to restrain the pr ecipitation, even to get rid of the μ phase.
