对YF40MnV易切削非调钢进行了重新加热、楔横轧控轧、控冷工艺的试验。结果表明:该钢具有良好的轧制工艺性;轧制后用四种不同冷却方式均可对不符合技术指标的原材料进行组织与性能调整;同时利用楔横轧成型拖拉机驱动轮轴可节省原材料,提高经济效益。
Non-quenched and tempered steel (YF40MnV) was tested throuoghreheating, controlled wedge rolling and cooling. The result showed that the steel had good rollability and that after being wedge rolled, the structrue and mechanical properites could be modified by four kinds of different cooling methods used in the test. Forming the driving shaft of tractor by wedge rolling was able to save raw material and improve economic benefit.
