用缺口拉伸和冲击试验,研究了管线钢多道焊的临界粗晶热影响区的断裂行为.观察结果表明:管线钢在断裂过程中,存在夹杂物形核、铁素体与M-A组元界面形核和M-A组元内部形核三种方式.奥氏体晶界、贝氏体板条束界可改变裂纹扩展方向,M-A组元对裂纹扩展没有阻止作用.在试验观察的基础上,对试验钢临界粗晶热影响区的断裂模式进行了描述.
