CuInSe2(CIS)是一种光伏特性仅次于单晶硅的材料.CIS薄膜太阳能电池多年来保持着薄膜太阳能电池的世界记录,受到世界各国科学家的关注.综述了近年来对CIS材料的理论与试验研究,系统总结了CIS材料制备方法、材料微观结构对光伏特性的影响以及今后的发展方向.
