钛及钛合金具有良好的耐蚀性、比强度、疲劳抗力及生物相容性,广泛应用于矫形外科和牙科植入体中.然而其表面硬度低、耐磨性差、生物惰性等是作为医用植入材料不容忽视的问题.通过激光表面改性处理,如激光表面合金化(LSA)、脉冲激光沉积(PLD)及激光表面熔敷陶瓷涂层等可以显著改善钛及钛合金的表面性能.在对此进行综述的同时,对其发展方向进行了探讨.
