对自行研制的Fe-Ni-RE高耐磨自熔合金涂层的化学成分、物理性能、组织和硬度等进行了研究,并与Ni60合金进行了对比,Fe-Ni-RE中铁含量虽高,但主要性能与Ni60相当,且节约了大量的镍和钴贵重元素,降低了合金原材料和生产的成本.实际应用表明:Fe-Ni-RE合金具有熔焊性能好、耐磨耐蚀性能优良、成本低等特点.
