采用Nd:YAG脉冲激光轰击镍-石墨混合靶与乙醇流动相的固液界面原位生长碳纳米管,并通过TEM、XRS、FT-IR、UV-Vis等对其进行了表征.结果表明:常温常压下制备的碳纳米管管身弯曲,管径小于50 nm,长度可达1 μm,且具有多种形态.在脉冲激光轰击过程中实现原位生长碳纳米管,能使制备与修饰碳纳米管同步连续进行,产物在近紫外光区有较强的吸收峰,并存在激子吸收带.
