利用EDS和SEM等研究了机械合金化法制备的纳米晶YG10硬质合金复合粉末的烧结行为,对其致密化规律及显微结构等作了考察.结果表明:纳米晶YG10粉末烧结致密化快,在1375℃时烧结30 min,合金相对密度为99.86%,收缩率为27.2%,合金最大硬度可达91.8HRA;烧结合金中WC晶粒细小,呈杆状特征,其径向尺寸约为100~150 nm,长度超过1 μm,且WC杆状晶粒随机排列,无固定取向.
