为研究不同初始组织状态下NiTi超弹丝的传感性能,分别测试了NiTi超弹丝在恒温、恒应力及恒应变条件下的R-σ-ε、R-ε-t及R-6-t关系曲线,并解释了其机理.结果表明:在已诱发完成马氏体相变的初始状态下进行恒应力及恒应变试验时,NiTi超弹丝的电阻受温度变化的影响较小,且与温度呈近似线性关系,降温与升温过程的电阻迟滞极小,NiTi超弹丝在该状态下用作智能材料与结构系统中的传感元件性能较好.
