研究了旋转液体纺绩法各工艺参数对铝硅合金线材成型过程和线材质量的影响,确定了较佳工艺参数范围.结果表明,在喷嘴直径为0.25~0.5 mm、氩气压力为0.4 MPa、旋转鼓转速为400 r/min、合金液飞行距离为5~10 mm、合金液入射角为35°~45°及合金液过热度为100~150℃的条件下,可稳定获得横截面圆整一致、晶粒细小的合金线.为保证线材质量,还应通过添加盐溶剂以提高冷却介质的冷却能力、添加表面活性剂以减小冷却液的表面张力.
