采用累积叠轧焊工艺制备了超细晶组织不锈钢薄板,并对其微观结构、力学性能及断裂方式进行了分析.结果表明:累积叠轧后材料中晶粒呈扁平状,抗拉强度显著提高,经过两道叠轧后抗拉强度可达1 060 MPa;拉伸断口有一定的颈缩现象,整个断面呈韧窝状,为韧性断裂.
