通过熔融插层法制备了尼龙66/蒙脱土(PA66/MMT)纳米复合材料,利用XRD、DSC、TGA和DMA对材料进行了表征.结果表明:复合材料中随着纳米MMT加入量的增多,结晶度降低,过冷度减少,同时晶粒尺寸变小;通过MMT的插层复合,提高了PA66的热分解温度,同时也提高了材料的储存模量及玻璃化转变温度.
