对H13钢(4Cr5MoSiV1)在不同温度下进行辉光离子渗氮试验,对渗氮后试样的硬度与渗氮前后试样的质量进行了测量.计算出氮在其中的扩散激活能为131.48 kJ/mol,793 K时氮在其中的扩散系数为2.34×10-12 m2/s.
