采用等径角札制工艺制备了AM60镁合金板材,并对札制前后板材的显微组织与力学性能进行了对比.结果表明:经过等径角札制后,板材晶拉取向由轧制前的(0002)基面取向演化为非基面取向,晶粒细化并有大量细密孪晶出现;板材强度明显提高,抗拉强度由札制前的222MPa增大到 372MPa,屈服强度由156MPa增大到260MPa,断后伸长率略有增加.
