在室温下对Al-5Ti-1B合金进行8道次等径角挤压试验,并运用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜和扫描电镜等手段研究了变形前后Al-5Ti-1B合金中第二相的变化.结果表明:等径角挤压可以使Al-5Ti-1B合金中第二相颗粒细化,并改善了第二相颗粒分布的均匀性;随挤压次数的增加,大块状TiAl3相由20~80μm粗晶粒细化到5μm左右;呈团块状且分布不均的TiB2经挤压后得到均匀分布;硬颗粒第二相同时对基体有剪切作用,这也是晶粒细化的原因之一.
