以硝酸锆为原料,在不同水热条件下制备了多种ZrO2粉体;主要考察水热体系填充度、水热前驱物的浓度、pH值等工艺参数对水热结晶过程中生成ZrO2的影响;用XRD、TEM等对所制备粉体进行了表征.结果表明:体系填充度对其中m-ZrO2比例(Xm)、晶粒尺寸没有显著影响;水热前驱物浓度增加,产物中Xm没有变化,晶粒长大不明显;而水热前驱物pH值对产物中Xm、产物晶粒尺寸、形貌及团聚情况有很大影响.
