用电感耦合等离子光谱仪对中低合金钢中痕量硼的测定方法进行研究，对分析谱线、共存元素、等离子体参数等进行了讨论。在高分辨的电感耦合等离子光谱仪上，于249.678nm处直接测量，无须分离基体或进行干扰校正。测定0.0002％B时的相对标准偏差约10％。
A method was described to determine trace level of boron in steel with high resolution ICP spectrometry.This paper has discussed the selection of the analytical wavelength，the interference of the co-existing elements and optimized the instrumental parameters.This method can determine 0.0002％ B in sample with RSD about 10％.
