在0.10mol/L乙酸(pH2.8)及硫酸联胺底液中,锌在滴汞电极上产生一个灵敏的极谱还原波,峰电位(Ep)为-1.06V(vs.SCE)。锌浓度在0.03~2.0μg/mL范围内与波高呈良好的线性关系。方法的选择性高、重复性好。用于铝制食具、食品用橡胶制品中锌的测定,回收率为95.6%~110.4%,RSD<5%,结果令人满意。
It was found that in the solution of 0.1mol/L HAc(pH2.8) and diamine sulfate, on the dropping mercury electrode a sensitive reduction wave of zinc was produced at the potential of -1.06V(vs.SCE). The relationship of peak height with concentration of zinc was linear in the range of 0.03-2.0μg/mL Zn2+.This method has a good selectivity and repeatability. When it was used for the determination of zinc in aluminium-wares and rubber products, the recovery of zinc was 95.6%-110.4%,and relative standard deviation was <5% with satisfactory results.
