系统地研究了Cu-铜试剂(DDTC)在石蜡相显色反应。 在HAc-NH4Ac(pH=5.0)缓冲介质中,此显色络合物能定量被 石蜡萃取,铜量在0~40μg/50mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法应用于 铝合金中痕量铜的分析,结果良好。
In this paper, copper-diethyldithiocarbamate colour reaction in paraffin phase has been studied. In the medium of HAc-NH4Ac (pH5.0), the coloured complex of copper-diethyldithiocarbamate can be quantitatively extracted with molten paraffin. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 40μg/50mL of copper. The method has been applied to the determination of trace copper in aluminium alloys with satisfactory results.
