经研究发现在柠檬酸介质中,3-(对甲基苯基偶氮)-6-(2-羧基苯基偶氮)-4,5-二羟基-2,7-萘二磺酸(p-MCA)与锶发生高灵敏显色反应,形成一个1∶2的蓝色锶络合物,其最大吸收波长位于720nm.络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数(ε)达2.0×105,0~10μg Sr/25mL符合比尔定律.方法具有高灵敏、快速的特点,尤其适用1.0μg/g或1.0μg/kg含量锶的分析,已用于铝合金中微量锶的测定,结果令人满意.
