应用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)显微分析技术研究了热轧板表面氧化铁皮显微结构,表征了不同工艺条件下的氧化铁皮层状微观结构,此外,还应用了金相法、X射线衍射(XRD)分析方法对热轧板氧化铁皮结构进行了辅助研究.研究表明,受卷取温度变化快慢的影响,热轧板卷取后芯部、边部的氧化铁皮显微结构存在较大差异,其中芯部降温速度慢,内部的FeO较充分的转换成Fe_3O_4,边部降温速度快,内层FeO被大量保留.Fe_3O_4的含量和结构最终决定酸洗速度,具有FeO、Fe_3O_4双层结构的氧化铁皮比单层Fe_3O_4氧化铁皮容易酸洗.

The microscopic structure of iron scale on hot-rolled plate surface was studied by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) microscopy analysis technology. The laminated microscopic structure of iron scale under different processing conditions was characterized. Moreover, support studies on the structure of iron scale were also conducted with metallographic method and XRD. The results indicated that the microscopic structure of iron scale in core is greatly different from that at the edge of hot-rolled plate due to the different change rate of coiling temperature. The temperature decreasing rate in the core was slow, and most FeO inside was converted to Fe_3O_4. However, the temperature decreasing rate at the edge was rapid so that most FeO inside was retained. The content and structure of Fe_3O_4 finally determined the acid cleaning speed, so the iron scale with FeO-Fe_3O_4 double-layer structure was more easily cleaned by acid than by the single Fe_3O_4 oxide scale.
