本文详细报道了采用熔体提拉法生长高质量三硼酸氧钙钇[YCa4O(BO3)3,YCOB]和掺钕三硼酸氧钙钇[Nd:YCa4O(BO3)3,Nd:YCOB]的结果.详细讨论了各种因素对晶体生长的影响.认为籽晶取向和温度梯度是影响该晶体生长的主要因素;其它因素,如提拉速度、转速及熔体准备过程对晶体生长也有重要作用.综合考虑各种因素后生长了高质量的YCOB和Nd:YCOB晶体.典型尺寸为20×50mm.
