采用溶液降温法生长了[(CH3)4N]CdCl3化合物单晶,生长参数为:生长温度45℃,降温速率0.05~01℃/d,经过30天生长,可获得尺寸为18.6mm×17.6mm×20.8mm的单晶.测定了晶体的红外光谱,X射线衍射和热分析;研究了晶体的形貌、组成和结构.[(CH3)4N]CdCl3属P63空间群,晶胞参数为a=0.9116(5),b=0.9122(3),c=0.6725(4)nm.
