以Ti(SO4)2为原料,沸腾回流强迫水解制备了TiO2粉体,利用XRD、TEM、IR等手段对样品进行表征,并对其制备机理进行了较为深入的研究.结果表明,该法制得了水合TiO2为锐钛矿相的结构,经400~600℃煅烧,样品的粒径均为100nm以下,大小分布均匀.
