研究测试了新型轧辊材料55Cr5NiMoV钢的接触疲劳性能,并应用SEM对接触疲劳坑的形貌进行观察和分析。结果表明:不同的热处理方式所得的不同形态的组织,其剥落坑形貌不同,起裂和扩展机理也不相同,可根据形貌分析推断出相对接触疲劳寿命。

The contact fatigue property of steel 55CrNiMoV has been measured, and the appearance of contact fa-tigue fracture has been observed and analyzed using SEM. The results shown that the fatigue fracture appearanceand mechanism of crack generation and propagation are different because of the different microstructures by differ-ent heat treatments. According to the analysis of fatigue fracture appearance, the relative lifetime of contact fatiguecould be estimated.
