通过对冷拔钢管在生产过程中产生的附加应力分析,借助于金相显微镜,带能谱仪(EDX)的扫描电子显微镜(SEM),对冷拔开裂的OCr18Ni9不锈钢管的开裂原因进行了分析,发现开裂是由尺寸较大的夹杂物诱发引起的,而沿晶析出的σ相是使钢变脆的原因。
By streas analysing of the draw pipe while it is drawing, with the aid oflight microscope and SEM withEnergy Dispersive Analyzer(EDX), cracking cause of OCr18Ni9 stainless steel draw pipe are analyz ed, and findthat crack is induced by inclusions, the intergranular brittleness results from Sigma phase spreaded intergranularly.
