采用金相检验和光谱分析，确认钢板中硅酸盐夹杂偏多是冷弯试样出现裂纹的主要原因，指出减少冷弯裂纹出现的一些有效途径。
The crack formed on the cold bend sample has been studied by metalloscop testing and spectral analys-is. The more silicate inclusions in steel plate are the important reason of forming crack. The effective methods fordecreasing crack have been pointed out in this paper.
