Fe-C(1.7%)-Ti(15%)合金粉末经50 h球磨后形成铁基过饱和固溶体,将该固溶体进行800℃×1 h热处理,TiC弥散析出。球磨初期,机械合金化粉末的TEM组织中可见明显的位错网络和层片状结构;球磨时间超过40 h,出现环状亚结构。
