采用MTS810材料试验机,研究了温度对FeNiCr合金杨氏模量、屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率的影响,分析了静态力学性能随温度变化的规律.利用扫描电镜断口分析及金相分析技术,分析了材料拉伸试件断口形貌及金相组织,初步探讨了材料的静态拉伸塑性变形机理.结果表明:FeNiCr合金力学性能随温度升高而降低,断口等轴韧窝逐渐变大变浅.900 ℃时出现沿晶解理断裂.温度升高,晶粒发生回复再结晶并长大,晶粒度由常温的5级逐渐长大到900 ℃时的2级.
