对粉末冶金零件冷静压(CIP)成形过程进行了有限元数值模拟,对有关数值模拟技术问题进行了详细讨论,模拟了粉末冶金零件冷等静压成形时的粉末流动情况,分析了粉体成形时的密度分布规律,模拟结果表明:粉末冶金零件的几何形状尺寸、模具形状对密度缺陷有很大影响,提出了模具形状的改进方案,在提高粉末冶金零件使用寿命方面提出了有益的建议。

The FEM numerical simulation to imitate the cold isostaticpressing process of powder metallurgical component is introduced and the technical problem fully discussed and flow of the powder and distribution of the density analyzed with the aid of FEM software. It is shown that the geometrical demension of P/M component and shape of mandril have great in fluence on the consolidation of the P/M component. Improvement measures are proposed to prolong the service life of the component.
