经过1 473 K-30 MPa-2 h真空热压烧结制备获得在厚度方向密度准连续变化的Ti-Sc系梯度材料,该梯度材料是通过Ti、Sc和烧结助剂Mg发生固溶反应获得的.通过EPMA+EDS和TEM观察了材料的显微结构及组成成分分布,发现制备的Ti-Sc系梯度材料具有组成梯度化和组元准连续变化的特征.
