利用离子注入表面优化技术,在贫铀及铀铌合金基体上进行了离子注入铌表面改性处理,并对改性层元素的分布、化学态及耐腐蚀性能进行了分析和测试。实验结果表明,离子注入铌可不同程度地提高贫铀及U-Nb(Ⅰ)合金的抗电化学腐蚀、水汽腐蚀及热氧化腐蚀能力。最后讨论了注铌改性层耐蚀性提高的原因。

The surface modification of U and U-Nb alloy by niobium ion implantation was investigated. The distribution of elements, the chemical state and the corrosion resistance of the modified surface layer were studied. The experimental results showed that the niobium ion implantation process could improve the electrochemical corrosion resistance, water vapor corrosion resistance and thermal oxidation resistance of the alloy. The mechanisms were discussed.
