SST-861钛合金阳极的失重腐蚀速度和电化学腐蚀速度随温度的升高而迅速增大,其腐蚀类型属均匀、非晶间腐蚀。钛合金钝化膜具有抗腐蚀性,表面有钝化膜的钛合金的腐蚀速度约为无钝化膜钛合金的1%。X射线和表面能谱结果表明钛合金钝化膜主要由TiO2组成。

The corrosion performance of SST-861 titanium alloy was investigated by constant potantial and weight-loss methods. It was shown that the electrochemical corrosion rate increased rapidly with increasing temperature. The corrosion rate of titanium alloy with passive film was smaller than that of titanium alloy with fresh surface. The XRD and XPS results showed that the film was mainly composed of TiO2.
