对薄板镀锡及储存过程中镀锡层表面产生的黑灰进行了研究。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析的观察与研究发现,黑灰的主要成分是锡的氧化物SnO和SnO2,导致黑灰产生的最有害的杂质是Fe2+和锡泥。制定了一种“转移—明差”法用以表征黑灰程度。明度值测试表明,相对误差很小,可定量表征黑灰程度。
Caliao Baohu 2001, 34(1), 15~16(Ch). The harmful black granulas, which scatter on thesurface of tin plated steel, formed during plating and storing, were in-vestigated by SEM and EPMA. A new method named “Brightness Dif-ference Method” has been applied to characterize the degree ofsmudginess. The experiment showed that the main components of blacksmudge were SnO and SnO2 The effects of Fe2+and tin sludge on the degreeof smudginess were discussed
