研制了一种以咪唑啉缓蚀剂为主复配的XQ多功能缓蚀剂，对碳钢在盐酸酸洗液中有很好的缓 蚀 、抑雾、促洗等作用。采用恒电位以测量腐蚀极化曲线；用腐蚀失重法测量平均腐蚀速率； 用酸雾测定装置测定抑雾率。结果表明，缓蚀率可达99.6%，抑雾 率达85%，促洗作用显著，且酸耗降低11% 以上，并探讨了其缓蚀机理。
Cailiao baohu 2001,34(2),13∽ 14(Ch). A newly developed multi-functional inhibitor consisting mainly of imidazoline was described. The inhibitor had positive effects on the anti-acid fuming and the corrosion inihbition of A3 steel in HCl solution. The weight loss testing results showed that the inhibiting rate and anti-acid fuming rate could be 99.6％ and 85％ respectively.
