研究了在石墨、SiO2等非金属颗粒表面化学镀铜的工艺和配方,然后将镀Cu的非金属颗粒 加入到Cu-Fe基金属粉末中,混料、压制、烧结成试验用摩擦材料。进行了摩擦材料的抗压 、抗弯强度试验,结果表明,镀Cu的石墨比未镀Cu的石墨,能明显提高摩擦材料的强度。探 讨了镀Cu的非金属颗粒能改善摩擦材料强度的机理。
Cailiao baohu 2001,34(2),23∽ 24(Ch).The electroless Cu plating of non -metallic particles was adopted for surface metallizing of graphite and SiO2 particles, so as to improve the bonding state of non-metallic particles with alloy particles. The surface metallized non-metallic particles were sintered with Cu-Fe alloy powder. It showed that the strength of sintered friction materials could be obviously improved.
