对胜利油田海滩及近海区的海上石油开采平台钢结构的腐蚀与防护,根据不同钢结构及部件 所处的海洋大气区、潮差区、飞溅区、全浸区和海泥区的不同腐蚀特点,选择了多种类型的 涂装体系进行实验和实际应用。经过5年的暴露及服役考核,表明环氧富锌底漆结合HS厚浆 型环氧聚氨酯漆涂体系,具有优异的综合性能。海底输油管线以环氧富锌底漆配以玻璃布 增强厚浆型环氧煤沥青漆的涂装体系应用效果最佳。使用牺牲阳极块辅助保护,有助于延长 使用寿命。指出了应用中尚存在的问题。
Cailiao baohu 2001,34(2),27∽ 28(Ch). Various kinds of paint systems were selected for protecting steel structures at Chengdao seabed oilfield after five years service. It was shown that the paint system of zinc richened epoxy priming paint associated with HS epoxy polyurethane thick sleerry revealed good comprehensive performance. It also showed that the paint system of zinc-richened epoxy priming paint associated with glass-fibre cloth strengthened epoxy coal pitch was good for submarine cable protecting. The problem still existed in steel structure corrosion preventing were discussed.
