研究了Zn-PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)复合电极的电沉积过程,考察了它在碱性介质中的析氢性能,讨论了镀液中PTFE悬浮量、阴极电流密度、电沉积电量及温度对镀层中PTFE含量的影响。结果表明:控制镀液中PTFE悬浮量为30 ml*L-1,镀液温度25 ℃,以5.0 A*dm-2电流密度电沉积22.5 C,可制备出PTFE微粒分散均匀的复合电极;复合电极与Zn电极相比有更高的析氢过电位,这是由于PTFE的憎水性所致。

The Zn-PTFE composite electrodeposition and hydrogen evolution in alkaline solution was studied.Effects of temperature,cathodic current density,PTFE contents in electrode and in electrolyte,and electric quantity passed during electrolysis were discussed.The experimental results showed that a Zn-PTFE composite electrode with well-dispersed PTFE fine particles could be prepared under following conditions:30 ml/L PTFE content in electrolyte,5.0 A/dm2 and electric quantity 22.5 C at temperature 25 ℃ .The overpotential of hydrogen evolution of composite electrode was higher than that of Zn electrode,which was due to the hydrophobicity of PTFE.
