用电化学法研究了硫酸盐-柠檬酸体系锌锰合金电沉积的工艺条件,各因素对镀层中锰含量及电流效率的影响及提高电流效率的途径。在最佳工艺条件下镀液稳定、镀层抗蚀性好,施镀电流效率较国外文献报道值提高50%。
The Zn-Mn electrodeposition in sulphatecitric aicd bath solution was studied by electrochemical method. The factors affecting the manganese content in the coating and current efficiency were discussed. Under optimum conditions the current efficiency could increase by a factor of 50%.
