通过测试原板的结晶取向及原板经过相同的生产工艺得到的镀锡板的合金-锡电偶值(ATC值),研究了原板结晶取向对镀锡板耐蚀性的影响,讨论了其影响机理.结果表明:原板结晶取向对镀锡板耐蚀性的影响显著,200晶面的取向度的上升将有利于提高镀锡板耐蚀性;对镀锡板耐蚀性的影响过程是:原板结晶取向影响合金层的生长速度和形貌,合金层的生长速度和形貌又影响了镀锡板的耐蚀性.
