聚苯胺对金属防腐蚀有较好的效果,本征态聚苯胺对金属的防腐蚀性目前研究较少.采用化学氧化法合成了本征态聚苯胺(EB),以动电位扫描法研究了不同介质溶液中EB对45钢的腐蚀防护性能.XRD图谱分析表明,所合成的EB具有一定的结晶性,在2θ=19.18°处有一很强的衍射峰,在2θ=24.4°处出现了一较弱的衍射峰.极化曲线表明,涂覆有本征态聚苯胺的45钢的腐蚀电流减小,腐蚀速度降低;EB对45钢有一定的防腐蚀作用.
