粘接钕铁硼磁体的表面性质及物理性质与一般金属有较大差别,其电泳工艺与常规电泳工艺也有较大差别.研究了粘接钕铁硼磁体的阴极电泳涂装工艺,主要是电泳电压、电泳时间、电泳温度以及涂层固化工艺对涂层性能的影响.用盐雾试验、湿热试验以及盐水浸泡试验评价了漆膜的耐腐蚀性能.研究表明:选用好的电泳涂料,采用封孔工艺能有效降低磁体孔隙率;电泳电压采用初始电压80~90 V,沉积电压140~160 V,电泳温度控制在28~30℃,电泳时间为150~180 s,烘烤工艺采用先70~80℃烘20~30 min,再170℃烘烤20 min,可以获得高耐蚀性能的防腐蚀涂层.涂层耐盐雾400h以上,耐湿热1 200h以上,耐盐水浸泡120 h以上.
