在0.3%NaCl溶液中,采用干湿交替腐蚀加速试验和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)方法研究了合金元素Cu、Mn对低合金钢大气腐蚀行为的影响,并用X射线衍射(XRD)分析研究了合金元素Cu、Mn对钢表面锈层组成的影响.结果表明,Cu合金化通过加速阴极铁锈的还原来促使生成含更多Fe3O4的连续内锈层,并通过提高表面锈层的黏附性来抑制阳极铁的溶解;而Mn合金化由于抑制阴极还原而无法形成连续的保护性锈层.导致阳极溶解加速,使钢的耐蚀性降低.
