系统研究了制备工艺条件对SiO2干凝胶发光性质的影响.结果显示:干凝胶的发光强度随着工艺参数的不同而变化.凝胶中的缺陷引发了蓝色和橙色发光.水和催化剂是凝胶制备过程中2个至关重要的工艺参数.加水量及催化剂加入量对干凝胶的网络结构影响很大,改变了SiO2干凝胶中发光的缺陷浓度,从而导致其发光强度的变化.
