用XRD,VSM,TEM研究了少量Sm3+掺杂对BaFe12O19显微结构及磁性能的影响.结果表明:随着煅烧温度的提高,掺杂Sm3+后减缓了晶粒的生长速度,在不降低比饱和磁化强度的情况下,使矫顽力增加.
