研究了稀土元素Er2O3掺杂对细晶BaTiO3系统介电及耐压性能的影响.其在BaTiO3晶粒中可抑制晶粒生长,使尺寸变小,体密度增高,呈现细晶效应,ε峰在整个温区范围内弥散,提高室温下介电常数,减小容量变化率.ZnO的加入使瓷料形成致密的细晶结构,有效地阻止了晶粒过度长大,改善了微观结构,减小了因气孔而造成的击穿,提高了耐压强度.
